Billing questions

Is searching free?

Yes. Searching and viewing possible profiles is free (guests get a few searches a day; accounts get more). You only use a credit when you unlock a full report.

What happens to unused reports?

Monthly plan reports reset at each renewal. Single-report credits never expire.

What if a report fails?

If we cannot collect any new public sources, the report is marked failed and the credit goes straight back to your account.

How do I cancel?

Open My account → Manage billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
